Love the item but it took over 5 minutes to get the glue off the back of it (that glued it to the shipping cardboard). I used Goo Gone (which has permanently stained the back) and used a pen knife. I finally got that little sticky area off. I did not want it getting stuck in my console cup.
I am sorry you had issues removing the dot on the back of the coaster. I wish you had contacted us so we could have given some suggestions.
